First I have to say that it is an honour to be the National Team Manager of Finland! Thanks, I'll try to work hard for it, even though my own team may suffer a bit on that. So please train finnish riders and keep them in high DP and in RS please! Thx to all, who are already doing this :)
Finland got only 20 points last season, and of course that's not enough. We want more! And surely we will get more and hopefully get closer to the Top 20.
To my own team. Joensuu is jumping up and down between Div 8 and 5, due to old points leaving and after that some good results in div 8 or 7 are raising us again. Captain is Orvo Peisa, whos AV has to be raised, but Team Joensuu is now in the situation to decide in which direction to go, and possibly we will wait and save money to get a already trained better captain for div 4-6, so that we could be on this level for longer periods, and step by step get higher. To defend second place in Finland's ranking will be interesting and hard, but on longer term we want to be the Nr 1 in our country!
PS: I'm always interested in good/potential Finnish riders, if you have one to get rid of, send me a Mail (If I can afford it at that moment... :( )
